Enterprise Information Security’s (EIS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, EIS protects Wells Fargo’s infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws. EIS is part of Wells Fargo's Corporate Risk organization and is led by the Chief Information Security Officer.

Note: The preferred work locations are Charlotte, NC, Chandler, AZ, San Antonio, TX or Des Moines, IA, but other core Wells Fargo locations will be considered including telecommute.

This position facilitates access certifications (reviews), oversight & trending processes, projects adhering to regulatory and audit requirements and participation in regulatory/audit engagements. This position is key in risk/gap analysis and process improvement initiatives leveraging and maturing Enterprise Access Management Certification Team tools, oversight processes and tracking repositories, and other internal process optimization initiatives. This position also serves as an Access Certification subject matter expert on projects and new business evaluations. They also are a key liaison between Enterprise Access Management, lines of business, application owners, QA and development teams working in effort to implement access certification solutions for various applications, operating systems and databases. Additional responsibilities will include planning and facilitation of transition of manual certification processes to automated processes where possible, identifying/addressing certification needs for various platforms, database, application access as well as privileged, system and standard access. This position also serves as an escalation point for support for certification issues, as well as inquiries from other support areas. Policy, procedure, control documentation and training material development and delivery are also part of the responsibilities for this position.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both

  • 3 + years of access management experience in one or more of the following: provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization or authentication.

  • Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner

  • Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology audit and risk management

  • Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management

  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management

  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
